Community Guidelines and Watermark Usage Policy

To maintain a respectful, professional, and responsible environment for all editors registered with us, it is essential to follow a few key rules. These guidelines are designed to ensure fairness, protect content integrity, and uphold the values of our creative community.

1. Use of Abusive Language Will Lead to Watermark Restrictions

We expect all participants to maintain a respectful and professional tone in all forms of communication, whether it's during discussions, group chats, comments, or while sharing feedback. Use of abusive, offensive, or inappropriate language is strictly prohibited.

If you are found using such language:

Your official watermark access may be temporarily disabled.

In serious or repeated cases, your registration may be canceled or account permanently deregistered.

We believe in healthy, constructive dialogue. Respect for others is not optional—it’s fundamental.

2. Consequences of Missing a Scheduled Battle

Participation in scheduled creative battles or contests is a responsibility once you are registered. If a participant misses a scheduled battle without prior notice, it will result in:

A temporary ban on your account or restrictions in accessing upcoming contests.

To maintain fairness for all participants, timely attendance is expected. These creative battles are opportunities for growth and exposure—don’t miss them without cause.

3. Valid Reason Must Be Provided for Absence

If you are unable to attend or participate in a battle, you are required to submit a valid reason to your assigned coordinator (seanear) in advance or as soon as possible.

Valid reasons may include health issues, emergencies, or unavoidable academic/work commitments. Open communication helps us better manage schedules and maintain trust within the team.

4. Watermark Usage Policy: Where You Can and Cannot Use It

Your watermark is a representation of your identity as a verified and recognized editor within our platform. Therefore, its usage must follow specific ethical and contextual rules.

You are not allowed to use your watermark in the following types of content:

Hospital-related videos – including any medical, patient-related, or emergency scenes, even for awareness purposes.

School-related videos – including school children, staff, classrooms, or any institutional footage.

These restrictions exist to protect the privacy and sensitivity of such environments and to avoid any potential misuse or misrepresentation of identity.

You are allowed to use your watermark in:

Personal videos – such as your own projects, content for personal branding, or videos not related to sensitive environments.

However, if you are specifically assigned to edit content related to hospitals or schools (as part of an official project), and if your task requires editing in these categories:

You must use your official watermark to confirm authorized editing.

This ensures clarity, accountability, and confirms that the video was handled by a registered and trusted editor.

In Summary:

Respect is non-negotiable—abusive language leads to restrictions.

Responsibility matters—missing battles without notice affects your standing.

Communication is key—always inform your coordinator if you’ll be absent.

Use your watermark wisely—not every video is the right place to brand.

By following these guidelines, we build not only a platform but a professional community that supports, respects, and elevates each other.
